ChatGPT For Neurodivergents
ChatGPT for Neurodivergents
A practical, kind, and radically honest guide to using AI as emotional support, executive function coach, and survival assistant.
What is this?
This is a deeply honest, neurodivergent-friendly guide to using ChatGPT as a support system—emotional, executive, and otherwise.
It’s not about fancy prompts or life-hacking. It’s about staying afloat when your brain is fried, your to-do list is a threat, and you don’t know where to start. You have the will, you just need the way.
Inside, you’ll find the exact prompts I use to:
- Talk myself down from spirals
- Name feelings or issues I couldn’t untangle
- Get started on tasks that felt impossible
- Learn new skills without collapsing
- Stop feeling like I was failing for needing help
I didn’t write this as an expert. I wrote it as someone who needed it—and couldn’t find it.

If any of these feel like you, this guide was made with you in mind:

This project means a lot to me. It marks the beginning of making a living and building something sustainable on my own terms, and finally get to give back to the chosen family that’s carried me through. If you can support this project, please do, it would mean a great deal.
Much more importantly, though, I understand how hard it can be to find the information you so desperately need and find it locked behind a paywall. I need to make a living, but not at the expense of someone who could genuinely use this information.
So, this guide is pay-what-you-can. If you’re low on funds, take it for free—or for whatever feels doable. If you want to support me making more tools like this, you can toss in extra. Either way, you’re welcome here, fully.

Final thought
I didn’t make this to get rich. I made it because I was lost, and talking to GPT helped me come back to myself. This guide is how I did that.
It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever made—and paradoxically, releasing it was even harder. Using the concepts and prompts in this guide made creating it so much easier—and using it to guide me through the process of choosing a platform, writing this (if I may say) amazing and relatable sales page, and working through my intense apprehension about releasing a product is what kept the momentum going. I know I could have done it without AI, but honestly? I don’t know if I would have.
If it helps even one other foggy, scattered, bright, beautiful brain—it was worth finishing.
You don’t have to be “ready.” You just have to start somewhere.
This might be that somewhere.
5 Chapters, 15 Prompts, 38 pages of real-world tools, strategies, and emotional support designed for neurodivergent brains. This isn’t productivity hype—it’s a grounding, kind, and genuinely useful toolkit to help you regulate, refocus, and move forward, even when everything feels impossible.
